Formation Experience
Wholeness is not simply what we learn; it is what we allow God to cultivate within us.
One of the most meaningful moments of the conference is the Formation Experience.
Rather than moving from session to session without pause, attendees are invited into intentionally designed spaces of stillness, reflection, prayer, and spiritual integration. These experiences create room for what God is revealing to take root, deepen, and become part of everyday life.
The Formation Experience is not a break from the conference.
It is where the journey becomes personal.
It is where teaching becomes reflection, reflection becomes prayer, and prayer becomes transformation.
During this dedicated conference block, attendees will choose one of three Formation Experiences designed to support spiritual renewal, deeper listening, and meaningful connection with God.

STILLNESS
Quiet Prayer, Reflection & Journaling
"Be still, and know that I am God."
Psalm 46:10
For women longing for quiet, margin, and uninterrupted time with God, Stillness provides a peaceful environment for personal prayer, journaling, reflection, and spiritual rest.
This experience offers the opportunity to step away from noise and activity in order to listen, process, and respond to what God is speaking throughout the conference.
Experience Includes:
-
Quiet personal prayer
-
Guided reflection prompts
-
Journaling and spiritual processing
-
Space to listen and rest in God's presence

ROOTED
Scripture Meditation & Intentional Listening
"Remain in Me, as I also remain in you."
John 15:4
Rooted invites attendees into a guided experience of Scripture meditation, prayerful reflection, and intentional listening.
Through carefully selected passages centered on abiding, rest, and wholeness, women will be encouraged to slow down, engage deeply with God's Word, and allow biblical truth to shape their hearts and perspectives.
Experience Includes:
-
Guided Scripture meditation
-
Reflection questions and prompts
-
Listening prayer
-
Personal application and spiritual integration

REST
Instrumental Worship & Renewal
"Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from Him."
Psalm 62:1
Rest provides a peaceful worship environment designed to refresh the soul and create space for renewal.
Through gentle instrumental worship, quiet reflection, and unhurried time in God's presence, attendees are invited to release striving, embrace peace, and receive the rest Christ offers.
Experience Includes:
-
Instrumental worship and worship response
-
Quiet reflection and prayer
-
Personal renewal and refreshment
-
Space to simply be present with God

Why Formation Matters
In a culture that often celebrates constant activity, the Formation Experience creates intentional space to slow down and pay attention to the work God is doing within us.
These experiences are equal in value to every teaching session and are intentionally woven into the conference journey.
Our prayer is that attendees leave not only inspired by what they have heard, but transformed by what they have encountered in the presence of God.
Because sometimes the most significant moments are not found in what we do next—but in creating space to be with Him.
